Many of us know that Carlsbad required $100 million of tax dollars to build a golf course just to break the record for the cost of a government golf course; plus for each member of the city council, and golf fanatic City Manager, to have their names forever memorialized on a $35,000 bronze plaque on the entrance to the club house. All the while scoffing and scorning the four existing golf courses in the city that are family owned; stealing their customers continues to this day.
The name of the wealthy socialist lawyer-candidate is Sam Ward, living near the beach in a near mansion that he has totally fenced, which is what the Hilary-like Elitist Lawyers always do with their "hard-earned" lawyer money.
Lawyers are always masters in the Occupation of Deceit.
Our guess is that since all of Carlsbad knows about the $100 million waste on an unneeded golf course, perhaps Socialist Sam wants the same amount of city hall money to be used to provide special mortgages to special people, as Democrats only care about "special people." This will take business away from Corporate America, such as Wells Fargo & Bank of America. Socialist Sam will no doubt insist that his Special People pay mortgage rates of 1.5% or less.
Socialists always believe that government can always outperform Private Enterprise....which is totally wrong, totally sad, and totally perverted.
Practical people in Carlsbad should all vote for Melanie.
