Hey Congress, simply enact legislation that states that all Military Retirees and all Law Enforcement Retirees, all of whom must always carry the proper Identification Card, automatically CAN legally carry concealed weapons....no red tape required. This new military benefit actually improves ALL of America, not just the individuals who receive this no-cost-to-taxpayer privilege.
Emphasis on "CAN" above, because nobody should be forced to buy and/or carry any weapons.
