If Gavin Newsom was half the leader as JFK, he would have said this......

Without knowing the details about how to get it done, President Kennedy, in 1962, challenged America to land an American on the moon, with safe return, by the end of the decade. Eight years. We did it.

During August 2022, Governor Newsom of California, in cahoots with other oil company haters within his own political party, said that, starting in 2035, new car sales will all have electric motors. Then, a few days later, Newsom was demanding that electric car owners NOT charge their cars to save electricity.

Most obvious comment is that, for all we know now, hydrogen might ultimately prove to be better than electricity for automobile power. Significantly better.

But now, here is the JFK connection. A few vehicles are already self-driven, but real soon, all new vehicles will be self-driven. And why not self-propelled? Elon Musk and many other engineers can provide the know-how for self-propelled. Wouldn't it be nice if no vehicle needed any gas, nor expensive batteries to operate? Can we imagine all freeway vehicles traveling SAFELY at 80 mph with just two feet of separation from all other cars? How 'bout no vehicles recklessly fleeing the scene of a crime?

And lastly, how 'bout if all vehicles are slightly elevated while in motion? Rubber tires in use only when vehicles are parked.

Who would be bothered by having no need to purchase car insurance?

Thank you President Kennedy for the inspiration. We are sorry that your political party is now dominated by Socialists.
