Knowing that ALL Corporate Employees pay income tax, why should US corporations ALSO pay same tax?

Whether it's true or not, elected Democrats in Washington always brag that new legislation "will cause Rich People and Corporate America to pay more in taxes."

The topic of new legislation might be Teen Acne, but Democrats will claim that the legislation "will fight inflation," and "Tax the Rich.

Those of us connected to this website have respect for "Rich" People and ALL businesses in America, big and small. Might those regularly spoken hateful words prompt Small Business Owners to hope they don't become so successful that they would be tempted to expand and hire more people? And then receive the wrath of all elected Democrats, such as Biden, Obama, and Newsom?

"Rich" individuals pay income tax. They became rich because they, or a family member, did/made things that Americans wanted. Maybe the hated Rich people are still working, or maybe retired. Like the rest of us, they deal with income tax forms every April.

Corporations make/do things that Americans want. Every employee gets a W-2 every year, and pays Individual Income Taxes, same as Marines, School Teachers, Truck Drivers, etc. If corporations don't have enough income to meet expenses, they cease operations and Americans lose their jobs.

After meeting all expenses, including payroll AND PAYROLL DEDUCTIONS, what if a large corporation only has a profit of $500? Or $5 million? Whatever it is, why should the profit be taxed? Should a school district pay a new federal tax called "School District Tax?"

It would be reasonable for corporations to pay "Corporate Tax" if NONE of their employees paid any taxes. But that's not the case, is it?
