The words on the sign would be as follows:
"A person who speaks two languages is worth two people...according to a French Proverb"
"And will earn more money than with just one language....according to EVERYBODY"

Many states, especially California, have enacted laws and passed ballot propositions to mandate that all classroom instruction be in English. But some kids are so new to America, that they would learn nothing/not participate the entire day unless provided with an interpreter.
Fast Forward. The only kids who graduate from high school with fluency in two or more languages....are the "lucky ones" who were born in a different country. Really? Who wants this?
America should make the effort to ensure that all high school graduates are fluent in English, plus at least one foreign language. And that the suggested small sign above, should be in EVERY classroom in every state, both public schools and private schools. Also, there is nothing wrong with students being taught that money should be "earned."
