They are people who don't work for a check, but rather they just wait for their checks; therefore they don't pay income tax. They don't pay sales tax either, because they steal everything they want, including group raids on all sorts of retail establishments, plus randomly chosen Home Invasions.
They will carry weapons on to the bullet trains, as they are hurrying to the location of the next mass attack on a retail establishment, such as in San Francisco, Fresno, Anaheim, Burbank, etc. They will rob and rape unsuspecting/naive train riders. A bullet train will get them back home quickly.
How will Taxpayers benefit from the above?
It would be so much better if ALL of the Bullet Bucks (in the billions of dollars) got diverted into the better and more efficient use of the automobile; specifically all vehicles are not only self-driven....but also self-propelled. Self-propelled means that there were be no more gas stations, and "get-away" vehicles could not go faster than anybody else, which is very different than the way that bullet trains will promote and enable more criminal activity.
